The Future of Mining

WHAT IS LITHIUM?

Lithium is a soft, silvery-white, highly reactive alkali metal(chemical symbol Li, atomic number 3) that is the lightest and least dense solid element. It is primarily used to make rechargeable lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and other electronics, though it also has significant pharmaceutical uses as a mood stabiliser and is incorporated into ceramics and glass.
