Once you have mastered this technique you can access it anywhere, anytime- you dont need to have the hand in front or behind, and the sound of the breath starts to shift from a Darth Vader sound and more towards sounding like a really quiet snore in the back of the throat- you can be anywhere and access this technique without anyone knowing!

Step Two: Roll the shoulders, anchoring your mind into the body which is right here and now
Step Three: Soothe the nervous system- twist the torso, or swivel the head to the four diagonal points. Let the eyes settle their gaze> wherever the eyes are that is where the mind will go
Step Four: Access the breath! Ease and focus- Darth Vader- 'haaaa' through the back of the throat
Step Five: Pause, take the time to check in and reflect what you are about to operate with.
